Since it takes several days for the UAE’s traffic fines to be updated in the online system, we request a certain amount from you as a pre-authorisation deposit. We will hold an amount from you for 15 days from the date you returned the car. The amount and mode of deposit will vary by agreement type.

There is a 2 hours (120 minute) grace period for returns. After 2 hours, full-day late charges apply.
The daily rental charge does not include the fuel cost, but we provide a full tank of fuel for cars, which you must keep at the same level while you return the vehicle. For the Salik, the payment will be collected from the individual who rents the car after he/she returns the vehicle, in addition to the rental fee.
